Hello Barracuda families, We have missed our summer swim peeps! Registration is open and early bird pricing will remain at $170. Pricing will go up April 18th. Our Coaching team of Coach Annie and Assistant Coach Ivy will be returning for the 26 Team Barracudas! Please see the information and instructions below to join us for another winning season of Competition and fun. To register, you will log into Swimmingly and select the 2026 Season. There is one registration form per family, so in the Medical Condition field, you will need to add your swimmer's name and then list the medical conditions. If you are registering multiple swimmers, please list each swimmer's name and medical information in the text box of the one waiver provided. Swimmingly charges a credit card fee. To offset the fees for this year, we have kept the lowered price from last season. While all swimmers will have to be registered for Swimmingly, if you would like to pay less in credit card fees, you can add the discount code "check" and pay your Barracudas registration fee directly by sending a registration check to our PO Box. Please remember if you pay by check, you will still need to submit a separate check for the Family Support check. The volunteer commitment remains at a minimum of 8 hours per family. We will work together to get everyone in to complete hours in a way that successfully supports our kiddos, and our families. If the 8 hours are not met, the family support checks will be deposited at the end of the season. If the 8 hours are completed, the checks will be returned to you or shredded. All Family Support checks must be collected prior to the first practice. No swimmer will be allowed in the pool if checks have not been received. Please send your $250 checks to: Bedford Swim Team PO Box 10164 Bedford, NH 03110 New Swimmer Evaluations: If you have a new Barracudas swimmer, they are required to attend a new swimmer evaluation prior to the start of the season. New swimmer evaluations will be on June 22nd, with the first official practice being June 23rd. The meet schedule will come out via email after the May 3rd GSSA meeting. It will also be posted on our website. Communication: If you would like to add additional emails for communication for this season, please log into Swimmingly, log into "My Swimmer" and add "additional guardians" if you would like us to have more than one email on file for your family. Once registration is complete, this email list will no longer be utilized. Step by step instructions are at the bottom of this email. Per the Swimmingly® Child Protection Policy, as a guardian, you will have oversight of your swimmer(s) and can invite other parents/guardians/grandparents that you wish to affiliate with your swimmers in the Swimmingly® Clubhouse! The Swimmingly® Clubhouse will be your home for your swimmer results, meet declarations, time improvements, best times, and more. You must register & sign-up your swimmer(s) using these instructions to participate in the season. The steps below are required for all, (new and returning) swimmers to swim in meets this season.
