2010 Practice Schedule (tentative)

• 7:00-7:30: Age 13-15 dryland program

 

• 7:00-7:30: Age 16-19 water workout

 

• 7:30-8:30: All 13-19 swimmers regular practice

 

• 8:30-9:15: ALL 11-12 (Boys & Girls) and 9-10 GIRLS

 

• 9:15-10:00: ALL 8 & Under (Boys & Girls) and 9-10 BOYS
